@OldTreeCreeper when my case status change to "waiting on player" , What should I do, I can't even see the "email us" button,just waiting??I have one case that I've even been waiting for a week,The staff either told me to use the online contact method, and today another one replied to the email telling me that he had a problem with the electrical equipment, and then changed my case to "waiting on player", and I couldn't reach someone who could really help me
