I can't exit the match without having to close the game

I've been having some problems to exit any match on xbox, when match is over or my team is dead i try to exit the game but the screen gets stuck in connecting to lobby and won't let me out of the mat...

Hey @Capitangecko  can you try to do a power cycle and see if that help you in the next match? 

How to power cycle: 

  1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
  2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

    Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

  3. Plug the console power cable back in.
  4. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
