I can't find a game in Apex

Hello, I have the following problem with my Apex account for a year now, it turns out that my EA account was hacked and they played Apex so apparently they used cheats, I had a ban and it was revoked but to this day I still can't play, I manage to enter the game lobby and when I search for a game it keeps searching forever without showing any found players, so I can't play, does anyone know what I should do? I have already spoken to support and they tell me that I am not banned therefore I should be able to play and I have already reinstalled Apex many times, the only way to play is to create an account but it is not the most beloved option for me.
