another day, another issue, still stuck in 1 player queues

so its been almost a full week since i logged on apex and haven't been able to play, no violations, no warnings, no issues, no bans, 3500 hours played. And just cant play.

1 player in queue, all game modes, account is completely shadow banned. not a network issue,
