Contest a ban
I was recently banned by a hacker who took over my account to use cheats on it without my consent. I sent several files to EA Sport but they declined twice, I don't know what to do.

We are unable to review or change account bans here on the forums, sorry. The only way to have a ban reviewed would be to submit an appeal here so our Terms of Service team can take another look.
Each appeal is reviewed by a different person, but if multiple reviews have been completed and they consider the matter closed, I'm afraid that would be final.
