I can't find my ban reason

Why my account banned? i can't find any reason. btw i play on geforce now and play with only friends 🙂 I send a ticket ea help center for this ban and no one bother for answer 🙂

Unfortunately the EA staff who work here on AHQ cannot help you directly with account-related issues, such as bans, only the TOS team can help you.

All the available information relating to your ban would have been communicated to you via the email associated with your EA account.

You can also check out your ban history here, but please note not all bans may appear here:

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

There is also this EA guide on bans and suspensions :

It is my understanding that you can appeal a ban a number of times, up to 3. As I understand it the tos team are very busy, so it may take some time for a reply.

We got your note and did a full investigation of your account. After reviewing your case, we determined that we took the correct action in accordance with EA policies and procedures.

What this means

We have confirmed that your account was involved in cheating. Because of this, we will not remove the sanction on your account.

THIS IS THE OFFICIAL EA SUPPORT ANSWER BTW!

and you guys wonder i use hack? I Play 500 games approximately and 350 lost 🙂 and btw i play on cloud gaming service (NVIDIA GEFORCE NOW). How can i use a hack?! there is no such a thing

Qucik note: in this 500 games i have only 4 championship, thanks EA you are really bad for gaming community..

  re-update: I sent the EA a ticket again and they sent me a message same with the previous one, this show the truth of EA how they treat their customers and player in this forum.
