I cant play Apex Legends. Cant find match and cant join friends. Missing Name

To whom it may concern,

I would like to raise concern on my unable to play Apex legends on Steam and in EA application. I noticed that I can't find a match or it is not loading when I try it. Also, I can't join my friends in a lobby. I don't know how this problem got in to me and I'm struggling to find ways how to fix it. I was enable to play smoothly before the update of the post malone/crossplatform update but then even if I reinstalled it, my account just simply cant find a match. I have no ban history and my account does not have a ban record when I look it up so please help me. 

My EA account is Hombs4.

    I have the same problem. 

    No ban history, nothing.

    Cant play since the post malone update came out. Need help aswell.

    My EA account is GGlock1.

    Hello, since I received the cross progress I have not been able to play, when I select a game mode it tells me that the group is not complete and it does not launch the game mode, also I cannot see my level bar or my stats.
    I also can't join my friends or play private games, the day before cross-progress I was able to play perfectly.

    • your device type: PC Windows. Steam/EA
    • any troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried (like restarting your device): Restarted PC, Restarted Router, Re-install apex legends both on Steam and EA

    I noticed that my name or the one's you click to see your level and badges in the lobby have disappeared and when i reconnect to change server I get an error of this "this profile is not permitted to play online". But when I use a VPN or my mobile data, the apex legends in the lobby can now load and I can play.
