I cant play this game
I haven't been able to open apex for several days and it crashes every time I open it. I asked customer service but they couldn't solve it.

Where do you find that? and does it fix it entierly or just for some short time?
It fixed apex entierly. I found this by reading system logs. You can read about collecting logs here:
