I didn't recieve conduit even though i got the offer from epic games
Didn't really what category to put this in but the problem is that even though I got the screen saying I got her she is not unlocked
@Kasparelo Correct. It sounds weird, but that's what I had to do and I have the gun skin, (I've already had Conduit).
@LiamoHAHA also correct, the game will say its opening the partnered app, and it should have you sign into your EA account if its not already linked.
If you already have Apex installed, the Epic Games launcher will not require you to download the game, it would just launch Apex using the EA launcher. Again, it sounds weird and it is.
From when I was redeeming the free bundle, I was signed into the EA and Epic Games launchers. Since I've already had linked my two accounts a while ago, (I had DLCs from games like The Sims 4 and I also had some other games on Epic Games that had to "open the partnered app"), when I clicked on the game through Epic Games, it "launched the partnered app", and loaded the EA app, then launched the game.
The reason why you have to launch it through the Epic Games launcher is because as I've mentioned before, your EA account, (or Xbox / Steam / Playstation / Switch accounts) doesn't have the bundle marked as "owned", but your Epic Games account will if you had claimed the bundle.
I've been gifted legend editions before on Steam back when those were still buyable as an edition, and I had to launch the game on Steam in order to redeem the gift, even though Steam was linked to my EA account.
I wish it wasn't like this, but again, its an issue with the fact that Epic Games is a different "platform" than things like EA App, Steam, etc.
As you can see here, I have the Flatline skin:
