this morning i purchased 20 dollars worth of apex coins and i never got them. i reset my game and PC and i still don't have them. What do i do?

Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for your Apex coins to be added to your account. If you still don't have them after 24 hours, I recommend gathering the relevant proof of purchse, and then reaching out to our live support team for assistance.

it is way too confusing to try and contact someone on ur website. can i please talk to someone because its been well over 24 hours since i purchased apex coins and i see its taken out of my bank accnt.

Having the same problem here. I have purchased 1000 apex coins twice the last week, and havent recieved them, and i cant contact ea this their website doesnt work at all.

Yup, i have had about 4-5 chats and all of them blame it on steam. Steam has actually responded to my stuff and said its because ea couldnt cooperate with their transactions.
