I get abandonment penalty when I lag out
I don’t leave the game my game crashes now I have an abandonment penalty. How in the hell do you expect people to continue to enjoy the game when stuff like this happens. I finally got over the fact that I was deranked(EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NOT DC ONE TIME PLAYED WITH RANDOMS THAT LEAVE THE GAME CONSTANTLY AND THROW TEMPER TANTRUMS) now this. I’ve contacted the help center I’ve contacted technical support it is up to Respawn to fix their bugs. It is there fault I lost out on reward for a bug I never even got a chance to use. Now I’m being penalized for something out of my control great game there guys. I was looking forward to this season till these bugs appeared everywhere. I have a prior case number aswell that was displayed by the tech support at ea once they’ve reviewed my account. I have NO NEGATIVE STANDING NOR CONSTRAINTS to suggest that I manipulated the game in anyway shape or form. To top it off this season if you lag out of a game you get an abandonment penalty. And yes I have contacted you guys in reference to the lagging situation the error codes but the so called walk through steps didn’t help me at all.
