I got banned because my friend used cheats
So about a year ago i was playing with my friend, undenounced to me he was using cheats, and i got banned for it. I have multiple times asked for both someone to explain why i got banned, or to get evidence that i used cheats, but all the times ive been shut down with an automated mail telling me that i used cheats.
No explenation.
No Help.
No Support
No evidence.

I believe that a close association with an account that's cheating is enough to warrant an account ban, but you'd need to resolve that with EA's official support channel.
