I got banned because of a hacker
Hey, someone got into my EA account and my email, later same day i got banned on Apex Legends. Ive made already 7 appeals and everytime i get same answer no matter what i say. Even when i gave them all my information about this hacker like his IP address and email. Nothing. I did contact an advisor via live chat and this advisor also said that he had noticed few forced entries on my account. I also got an email from EA that my two factor authentication had been turned off, this hacker did everything. This hacker also changed my EA email and username. It's so sad to get banned when in reality you did nothing wrong, someone else did... Is there any other way to get this case done? I'm tired of getting the same automated answers from the TOS team...I really want my account back.

There isn't another way, sorry. If you haven't done that yet, please report the account compromise and resecure your EA account following this guide before submitting a new dispute.
The EA staff here on EA Forums can't change the result of your disputes.
The best you can do is to provide all relevant information, including the case numbers of your chats with live support, in the dispute form.
