Re: I got hacked and banned and they refuse to unban me

So here is the thing, as the topic said I got banned for no reason, the ban history(the first attachment) is also empty with the reason. Also if you curious, I streamed that day, and I only played for like half an hour, I can literally just put out the link to check if I was cheating or not. And after that, I tested with my another account, which is a brand new one just to check what was the impact, and I found out it was a hardware banned, so I'm so curious that EA can ban a person with no reason and literally just ban my motherboard? I actually just want my account back, it has been five years, I devote a lot in it, I feel very disappointing at them. So by the way, I have been sending mails to the ea service for like 2 months, and they didn't replied me even one mail, is there another chance to contact them with more efficiency one?

i just made a post about this last night. i got falsely banned for cheating lol. crazy because i grinded on my account since it first came out and invested 5000+ hours and money into this game. been loyal to this game when this it was “declining” or “dying”. it’s really frustrating and discouraging
