If you suspect that your account was hacked, then I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team so they can resecure your account and make sure that you're the only one with access to it.
As for the ban, you can always try reaching out to our terms of service team again and raising another dispute.
ive changed my password and untrusted the random guy on my account but ive made a appeal they denied it again i dont what to do they keep denying it, ive never cheated and they wont tell me why im banned and i cant make another one either
