i got package loss again but please just let me leave the game

i have package loss every 3-5 games always at the evening at around 6-9 but sometimes it is gone completely... but thats not my problem.(also it doesn't happen on my smurf acc at all) my problem is ...

thx for the reply but it didn't help i guess its a server issue because it mostly happens on frankfurt 1 and frankfurt 2 seems to be fine most of the time ,also it only happens from around 7-10pm… but it has been like that for like ever… but my issue is that i just want to be able to leave the game ,having to restart the game every 4 rounds is really agonizing.
