I have great internet but the connection to APEX servers is really bad

Same issue but all the time..... my ping just spikes to unplayable.

Let's try out some connection troubleshooting steps to see if we can help fix the connection issues you've been seeing. 

First, try running through the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. If it keeps happening after that check out the platform-specific steps as well: 

- Xbox One

- PC

- PlayStation 4

I have tried these steps, the interesting thin is that other games I have no issues at all, ping is great and there is no lag. I feel like the problem gets even worst on peak hours. When its midnight all problems go away, the ping is back to normal and I can play the game smooth. Same thing if I try like 9 am or 1 pm, but after 4 or 5 pm where I would assume is your peak time, all the way to midnight, its unplayable. Are your servers overloaded? 

Steps I did

Run as admin

Flush IP

Tried other DNS

Clean boot

I have attached my internet speed test and the apex servers ping....its nuts. 

Dude me too idk what going on with that but it’s unbearable and I want it fixed I can’t play the game literally I’m at on place to the other.

Its definitely server side. Apex is known for so many bugs. No other game does this but o well.

nothing will help because on having that much money U HAVE THE WORST SERVERS THAN ANY GAME HAS EXPERIENCED

Yeah, I have the same problem.

I just got all the legendary items I wanted and exactly the weapons I needed with every possible legendary for them. The last 3 teams alive and we were gonna win.. and the game decided to kick me because of server problems. Every 5th game it's like that. EA...what the hell? If you are going to have bad servers, can you implement a rejoin option in the game with no fog damage for 10 seconds? I mean every other game has that!

And to the EA rep who suggested internet troubleshooting - dude, the title of the thread is "I have great internet..". I have an awesome net too. It's never down and ping is 1ms, yet Apex kicks me out frequently.

This game has one of the worst servers I've ever seen and the best part is that it's completely being ignored. 

Since a few months I constantly get kicked out of matches and it happens to a lot of people. 

Every second or third match I see the champion squad being two people instead of three because one guy is getting kicked out.

I have zero problems with other games it is just Ape alone. Best BR game with the most terrible servers.

WHY IS IT BEING IGNORED????

The servers cost to much to upgrade so they try to optimize while breaking a few other things.

Be patient. Its a free game, they only have so much of a Dev team.

I agree with you that its freaking annoying to have lag this bad on season 8 when previous seasons were great.

Just know they aren't ignoring the issue. Just completely avoiding it as they cant fix it.
