Can you disable all types of vsync, in your drivers (nvidia/amd), in-game, on your monitor (freesync/gsync), and see if that fixes it?

Usually microstuttering happens because of a mismatch in vsync settings.
Have you checked your background programs to see if something could be interfering with the game? Disable all types of overlays like Steam, Discord, Origin, Geforce Experience etc and try again. Also if you haven't already download and install your latest graphics card drivers.
- 4 years ago@Enlyee I downloaded the latest nvidia version manually. Nothing other than origin is running in the background, I turn everything off. I know you have a solution but which one...
