I have high fps but my game is not fluent.
If I'm not mistaken, there is a microstuttering problem. Even though I have high fps and 165hz, my game is not fluent. I don't know if that's why Directx 12 is installed or what other windows feature...

@Enlyee How should nvidia reflex work. is it on or on+boost.How should low latency mode be? I've heard a lot, but how do you think I should do full-screen improvements that I don't see any use?
Reflex mode depends on how strong your graphics card is, usually just "On" is the recommended setting to reduce latency. "On + Boost" makes it so your graphics card is always running at it's highest performance mode even if it doesn't need to do so to run the game. Try turning Reflex mode off completely to see if it makes a difference.
I personally had an intermittent micro-stuttering issue that I only fixed once I disabled Vsync completely both in-game and in my Nvidia 3D settings for Apex, before that I used the Fast VSync mode. Low latency mode is always on Ultra.
Game is running uncapped and it's perfect for me now, but I can run the game at a steady 144+ FPS so there's no tearing.
