Finally, I got a different email.
They seem to recognize that I was hacked.
Hello,
We saw some unusual activity on your EA Account.
To keep your EA Account safe, we have reset your password.
What happened and what do I need to do?
After noticing potentially suspicious activity associated with your EA account, we reset the password to protect your personal information.
We don’t think the suspicious activity is from unauthorized access to EA databases. We think it may be related to issues like phishing, using weak passwords, logging in from shared connections, or using the same password on multiple websites.
To unlock your account, reset your password using the URL link below, or select “Forgot your password?” next time you try to login to your account.
We also recommend enabling Login Verification, which checks for new or unrecognized accounts when you sign-in, to fully secure your EA Account.
You will need to reset your EA Account password to log in to your account and use the online features of our games.

I changed my password, installed OTP, and when I accessed Apex from my Steam account, I got a message to register new.
Steam registered a new Apex account and tried to play the game, but received a message that it was still suspended.
Why are they not releasing the suspension of the ApexLegend account when they are aware of the abnormal activities of my account and sent these emails?
