I haven't played a game in two years and I'm banned online

I have been playing apex since 2021 but had to quit playing due to work. I hadn't logged into apex for two years, I went into the game and realized I was banned, I immediately contacted "EA Help" and provided all the evidence I could to prove that I wasn't the one playing apex online, after submitting the evidence three times all I got was a reply from a bot: "We have checked your account and made the right decision, we will not revoke the ban. I'm confused, I haven't played APEX online in two years, and in the middle of that time, somehow a hacker stole my account and played with my account at will without my knowledge, and didn't even send me an email to alert me that I had an offsite login. I'm Chinese, and there's no way I could have traveled from Taiwan to Singapore, Hong Kong, and Japan in just two days, so an obvious IP anomaly can't actually be used as evidence that I wasn't playing Vertex online. Truly open three-way software doesn't try to block, and indiscriminate bans for regular players will only be submitted to the machine for investigation in the face of obvious evidence. I don't understand why the hacker stole my account without my knowledge, what he did to my account I don't know, all I know is that my account was banned. "The way "EA help" handles this problem: it's as if I bought a house, didn't live in it for two years for some reason, and was told that it no longer exists. I don't think my account will come back, but I hope that "EA official" can strengthen the account protection measures, so that there will be fewer unlucky people like me, so that players can feel at ease to buy EA's games, after all, the quality of EA's games is very good, and can be recognized by the players.
