I lost my box!! 

The hall is unavailable&-9999 currency.

On the night of February 12, 2026, I purchased the Valkyrie Focus Pass and completed the associated in-game tasks, meeting all requirements to earn the Valkyrie-exclusive rare-quality pack and Crafting Metals. At the time, the game interface clearly showed that I had “claimed” these items. However, in reality, I never received any Valkyrie-exclusive pack in my inventory, nor did the Crafting Metals appear in my balance.

At the same time, my game lobby has been experiencing persistent issues:

All menu options except “Play” are greyed out and unclickable — including Events, Challenges, Battle Pass, Legend Locker, and the Store;

Occasionally, a message pops up indicating a “Server Problem” ;

There was one brief period of about 30 seconds when the lobby returned to normal, but all the Battle Pass and event rewards I had earned were still completely missing;

I have tried restarting the game multiple times, fully restarting Steam, resetting my WiFi network, and even entering and exiting matches repeatedly — but the issue persists;

Since the night of February 11 until now, my game lobby has remained in this partially broken state, making it impossible for me to change Legend skins, access my Locker, or participate normally in events and the Battle Pass.
