I'm not sure unlinking would be the best option for you. When you unlink a platform account from your EA Account, it's tru that you can link it to another EA Account, but your in-game progress will not transfer over, among other risks. Please, read this EA Help guide for more about unlinking:

My problem is that I have an account now, an old one, that was linked to PSN and I forgot to hack and steal it, and also the email, so I changed the Sony account email and tried to link the PSN account to a new EA account, but it tells me that there is an EA account already linked to it and part of the email appears to me, but I do not have an email like this, and I want direct text support to explain the problem to them, but I did not get direct technical support.
