This could be referring to a conflicting program or process running in the background, or you may just need to check that you have all the latest driver updates.

Please take a look through this recent thread on the same error to see if those steps help. 

If you're still running into trouble beyond that, it may be worth a clean boot of your system to try and narrow down which program may be conflicting.
