Sorry to hear you'd ended up with a different heirloom than you were planning on after getting your hands on some shards.

I'm afraid what support mentioned would apply here as well, as once an heirloom or the like has been unlocked for an account, that is indeed final and not something we can refund or swap out unfortunately. 

Definitely understandable that you'd want to check any other options for this situation, though hopefully the heirloom grows on you a bit and you can get some fun or unexpected loadouts since you'll be able to use it on anyone.
