I received this email

I received this email, but the service team has not restored my online game functionality, why? ?Does the service team speak out?

    Thank you for attaching that message. I've reviewed it and it's clear what needs to happen next. To unlock your account again and log back in, you need to reset your password. After doing so, we strongly recommend you update your security settings to fully secure your account.

    Can you reset your EA account's password please? Use the link they shared in the email to reset it.

  • I reset my account password, when will my online game function be restored correctly?I thought this email correctly judged my account status, but it seems that your service team does not operate the account according to the email?

    If resetting the password as the email directed didn't help, it would be best to get in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at your account. I'm afraid that isn't something we can investigate here on Answers HQ.
