I unlinked my account to a new email and lost all of my items
With the recent update, we finally got cross progression. For a lot of people this is a great thing, but for me it was just bad news. My brother and I had accidentally used the same email when we made our accounts (back in season 8), so we were technically the same person, therefore causing issues with playing together and other things right off the bat.
Last Thursday, the 26th, I needed to unlink my switch account from his email, so I did just that. I then linked it to a brand new account I made with my email. For some reason when I log into the game, the only things I can access are the play and club menus.
Now I am stuck with all default skins and characters, but when I go into the firing range I have all my skins equipped as if nothing had happened. And yet when I play that character it sets it back to the default.
I am hoping I can get all of my items back since I have been playing since season 8 and love playing the game with my siblings.
