Thank you very much for your reply! I did associate other steam accounts before, so I want to know how soon I can bind a new account. Now I can't use steam to log in to play with my friends

You won't be able to link your current EA account to your Steam account, unfortunately. They're only ever able to be linked to one account from a specific platform in their lifetimes. If you want to play via that Steam account, then I recommend that you make a new EA account and link it there.
