I am submitting this appeal because my Apex Legends account has been banned, and I truly do not understand why. I have put countless hours into this account and would never deliberately risk using cheats, exploits, or unauthorized software.

I only played the bot‑only battle royale mode to level up my game account, earn Battle Pass rewards, and unlock weapon achievements. Additionally, I purchased coins yesterday to get bundles for Heirloom Shards, which cost me a significant amount of money.

I sincerely request a manual review of this ban, including the detected activities and the time they occurred. If possible, please inform me what triggered the ban so I can provide any additional required information.
