I followed all the directions given to me. But there is only one message I have received and that is this:
"Hello,
we received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision.
Please do not expect further responses on this matter.

EA Terms of Service"
Someone from the other side of the world is hacking me, playing my game, and getting banned. How can I be guilty of this?

3 years agoHey @Supremexst7 if our TOS team has declined multiple appeals then there is nothing that we or anyone else can do to change this.
