I would love to play the game but...

I downloaded the game per friend recommendation and was really excited to play. After downloading, restarting my computer (just a habit I do after I download anything new) I haven't even been able to launch the game sucessfully. If i can even connect to the game (which have only been three times in the 2 hours ive been trying) it will crash saying the connection to the server dropped OR the game isnt running the anti cheat. Most of the time i cant even connect to the game and I get the "cant connect to server" error even after following all of EAs trouble shooting guides, repairing the game, flushing my DNS, restarting my router and my computer. So i am at a complete loss for what I need to do.
