@Playerdrdrlupo,

If you redeemed it via the EA website, can you try opening the game via the EA app? Often it doesn't catch the codes properly if you redeem it in one place and then play somewhere else.

ok so does that mean i have to download apex on ea app Because its early done installing on ea app
