Sincere Plea: Wrongfully Banned – Please Help, No Standard Appeals

Urgent Appeal for Help – Wrongfully Banned Account (Hardware Collateral Ban) After 4 Years & Heavy Investment – Please Help, Admins Hello Apex Legends Forum Admins and Moderators, I am a dedicated Chinese player who has been playing on the same account for nearly 4 years (since 2022). I have spent the equivalent of over 1000 RMB in Apex Coins (including gifts purchased on other platforms) and invested countless hours into the game. My account was permanently banned due to a hardware collateral ban. I logged into a legitimate internet cafe, and the public PC had apparently been used by someone else to cheat before me. I have never used any hacks or cheats myself. I have already submitted more than 10 formal appeals through the official EA system. Every single response was a generic templated reply with no specific evidence of any violation on my account, no detailed explanation, and no human review. They all say the same thing without addressing my situation at all. I know the standard procedure is to keep appealing through the normal channels, but after more than 10 failed attempts with zero progress, I am truly desperate and have no choice but to post here for help. The day before my account was banned, I even opened a Heirloom Shard from a pack... but I never got to use it. That moment made this ban even more heartbreaking. I really love this game and just want to play fairly again. Please, respected admins or moderators, if you can see this, could you please escalate my case for a proper manual/human review? I am willing to provide any information needed (game logs, spending proof, etc.). Thank you so much for taking the time to read this. Any help would mean the world to me.

    I'm sorry to say, we are unable to assist with bans via the forums. Appeals are reviewed by humans, so there is no separate or special queue to have that done.

    If you've already completed multiple appeals and the Terms of Service team declined to remove the penalty, I'm afraid that would be final.
