Incorrect Rank shown in Split 1 Stats

Hi everyone,

Can you please let us know the following information:

1 - What rank you achieved in Split 1 & 2
2 - What rank is shown in your stats for Split 1 & 2 
3 - What rewards did you receive at the end of the Season?

1 - Split 1 Predator #138, Split 2 Predator #49

2 - Split 1 Platinum 2 , Split 2 Predator #49

3 - I did recieve my predator reward because my 2nd split rank is pred, but my badge is not animated due to the error in stats

1 - Predator in both splits

2 - plat 2 in split 1 and Masters in split 2, my rank dropped during rumble 

3 - Plat badge but master rumble badge

Season 21 Split 1 rank not recorded properly. Due to this my ranked awards were not accurate, mainly the badge. I play ranked only with my 2 friends and we all reached Diamond 4 in both Split 1 & 2. There are sites that track progress in ranked that can show that I was Diamond 4 along with them in Split 1 but only I have it be set to the soft reset rank at Gold 2. That is not correct and due to this misreport I don't have the animated Diamond badge. I have already gone to EA help with a case and support chat and was directed to making this forum post.

Here are pictures of my stats for s22, I hit masters first split, first time EVER hitting masters, and the day of the split it showed I was at plat 2 which is the normal, but it showed I only hit plat 2 the first split

Hey brother sorry but you gotta just hear this, you aren't getting your badges they don't care about the community unless it makes them money. I've never seen anyone get their rewards after this bug, not even big streamers that complained about it.
