That sounds super frustrating, especially after trying all the usual fixes. One thing that helped me with a similar issue was temporarily creating a new Windows user profile and launching the game from there. Also, have you checked if there’s a cloud save or config file conflict? Sometimes, clearing or renaming the local and roaming Apex folders under AppData can do the trick. Worth a shot if you haven’t already.
