Infinite loading screen after the Raiders event update

Hello David . I was recently talking to one guy from eahelp , and he knows the right fix for many people. But i dont remember the fix completely but it start like this : Start apex wait for loading screen disconnect internet cable and wait 4 seconds ? maybe like that  but there is 2 more steps and i dont remember you can maybe ask him his name is Vipin.

same issue here

I have not been able to play all day
I have made several attempts and it never gets past the loading screen.
