Infinite loading screen after the Raiders event update

After downloading the update, I can not enter the lobby. Before the update, everything was ok.  I tried everything: reinstall the game, clear the steam cache, flushdns, restart the router. I don't k...

Hello David . I was recently talking to one guy from eahelp , and he knows the right fix for many people. But i dont remember the fix completely but it start like this : Start apex wait for loading screen disconnect internet cable and wait 4 seconds ? maybe like that  but there is 2 more steps and i dont remember you can maybe ask him his name is Vipin.

@Moulace Hey I checked the ticket in question, I don't think those steps are going to help in this case. Can I check if you were able to try via Origin?

@deivifp83 Can you try power cycling your router, and it might help to restart your system too, in case there's something weird on that end.

    @EA_David Hi! I'm also having the same issues right now. I was able to play a few hours ago, took a break, when I next launched the game it was stuck on infinite loading. I am using Steam to play the game.

    The things I've tried:

    Launched through GeForce Experience
    Restarted modem
    Verified integrity of files
    Flushed DNS
    Removing ethernet cable while loading, waited for error, put it back in and retried

    None of them worked. Can you please help?

    @EA_David hey both me and my friend are both stuck on the loading screen im through steam but he is on origins and is also having the same problem.

      Hey, it looks like there's a fairly broad outage at the time of posting that's preventing a lot of players from getting in, we're looking into it.

    I tried to reboot my router and my computer, the only thing that works is waiting, I waited for 30 minutes and I can play but today the same thing happens again, I am 5 min waiting at the loading screen.
    is it possible that this only happens with steam people? in the steam forums there are more people with the same issue.

      Nope, not only with steam, also Origin does not want to load, keeps on loading infinitely
