Hi @Timmy_Tim_Toe

The process of your platform accounts merging together is automatic with Apex Legends, our system will take the highest level account to make your new main account.

It will then merge all eligible items and progress together for you to access across your connected platforms.

To confirm are you missing items from PC or from Xbox currently, or do you notice unlocked items not being available on a particular platform?

All the missing items are items from my Xbox account. None of them have transferred over to my account on PC even though they are unlocked on my Xbox account.
