As far I'm aware, your reports don't show up anywhere as these are all sent/managed internally.
I'm not sure if you'll be able to view any reports you've made via Apex.
The cases visible on the "My Cases" section of the EA site should reflect all the cases opened via https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ as far I'm aware, so it only shows the tickets you've made via the EA site itself.
I also think they can't release any information to whether or not a report was dealt with or not, especially the action that was given to the account as this could be a breach of privacy.
Hi @XHelperZ , thanks for your reply.
I have never reported anywhere else than in-game report option so surely some of these cases ends up there?
Another possibility would be that cases listed in My Cases are reports which has been opened against my account?

Hmm, if I'm being honest, I'm not really that sure of it.
I do know that reporting in-game doesn't produce anything in the "My Cases" section as far I'm aware, though it might for other games.
If you get reported and actioned then it's typically sent through the mail, though it's possible that for certain warnings that they might be sent through there.
I only know that when you make a ticket via https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ that it should show up there, though I'm not sure if doing anything else makes it show up there.

Never received any warnings or tamp bans/bans so most likely these are not reports opened against my account.
I did receive an email regarding one of my in-game reports that they took action upon, and that report was listed in My Cases.
Seems like some in-game reports will pop up there, both cases with or without actions. Seems strange to me, should I even keep reporting in-game? Some clarity from EA would be great- XHelperZ2 years agoHero+
Ah I see.
In some cases they will let you know if they actioned someone based on your report, though I don't think they let you know for every report.
I've seem some other games also try to let players know if a player was successfully actioned due to their report, though this wouldn't work for every case.
Reporting should work fine, so you can keep reporting in-game without any issues.
Though I don't think you'll get a response for every report, more of a rare thing I guess.
