Is there a way to access my xbox account?

-Ive spent over 300$ on apex on xbox durring 2019- 2021 -ive played on pc on and off since 2022-2023 -while i was trying to merge my account it showed my xbox account and pc accouunt. However ...

Hi there, @who_is_mini

Your accounts were merged together with the PC account being the primary since it was the higher level. You won't see your Xbox stats as only the PC stats will be seen, but you should have all the progress and content. Except for any platform specific content. What I'd recommend is logging in on Xbox and checking to see if anything is missing.

yes im missing the skins i had on xbox that should be crossed over...

Platform specific skins do not transfer over.

I have verified your PC account was about twice the level of your Xbox account. Which is why everything was merged into the PC account. Did you happen to have another Xbox account on a different EA account?
