The easiest way to check your connected platforms to your EA account, go to this page here: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index - and sign in with your EA account.
From this page, you should be able to see all platforms linked to your EA account. If you do not see your PSN ID, or a different PSN ID is listed, then your PSN ID will be linked to a different EA account.
For information on linking a new account or unlinking an older account from EA, check out our help articles below. Please be aware there are permanent changes that occur when you link or unlink an account, which is further described in the links below.

I would love to, but like I said, I don’t remember the EA account or the e-mail I used for that account.. Which is why I was curious to see if I could check on my playstation. Maybe one of the EA members can tell me but I doubt it. So I think cross-progression is a lost cause for me.

Much like the person before, I have the same issue and I for one have reached out and received illiterate and poor help I was told to update my password on origin.com?
please update me if you figure it out…
