Issue with club when several GT are linked to one EA account

Since the last update when Clubs came out, when I write a message in my club it’s my boyfriend’s gamer tag that shows instead of mine.

It’s not stopping us to play or anything (i encountered something similar and it was worse than this see here they listened and fixed it). In the links below someone can't play with his brother in the same club, i did not try that yet but i'm afraid it will be the same result. it’s just an issue that shouldn’t even exist and might cause some other problems in the future.
I have 2 PSN ID’s on my EA account and this is what's causing a lot of bugs like this to the few people with several GT link to one EA account. The best thing EA could do is to change their way to let us unlink and link how ever we want and also differenciate the data between the linked GT. I think it's the only company that have such an archaic way for us to manage our account.

    This is something we've been seeing some reports on since Clubs went live. We've escalated this up to the team for a look.

    @EA_Kent Thank you for the information.

    I have a question for you, why when i ask to someone at EA in a chat to unlink the PSN ID i don't need and to be free of all these bugs, i get the following anwser : "You play Apex, we (as the support team) can't unlink you account, we are not allowed to." Then when i ask why or who am i supposed to talked to, the reply is "the specialist said so".

    I'm sorry what ? We play Apex so we are punished for it and we have to sit and undergo every issue without being able to do anything to make things easier ?

    @missitalia21 

    There may be a technical limitation that would stop the EA Help team from doing what you asked. The intention is not to punish you for anything. There are just limitations to what the EA Help team can do in some cases.

    @EA_Kent Alright, i can understand that but who can help then ? Why limit the possibilities to make everyone's life easier ?

    Hey @EA_Kent ! I found out that the chat issue has been fixed, my GT is showing when i write my message. Now that i've received my PS5 we tried how it looked in the club for both our accounts and it's deeper than i thought.

    First i couldn't invite him to my Club, i thought maybe it was because he haven't played on PS4 for awhile. But it's still the same AND on his account he is owner of the club I created. I also still am on my scree. Again, issues that shouldn't exist. I only want to separate our accounts and be done with this kind of problems...

    This is so messy @EA_Kent  ! When we play together in the squad, if he is the leader, his GT is showing twice in the timeline like "Box****, Box**** and ***92" just placed first in trios". And if i am the leader, it's my GT that is showing twice. Like we are one and we don't exist separatly. This is terrible and just as bad as the issue in PVZ BFN....

    Hi @missitalia21, 

    I'm afraid I don't have any updates on this at the moment. I know the team has been investigating a few issues when it comes to Clubs, but so far we don't have a time frame on when they might be resolved. 


    If I have some news to share on that I'll let you know.
