Issues after Cross Progression is activated on your account? Check here first!

I’m having issues, I linked my PSN account to my EA account associated with my Xbox account but nothing happened, I didn’t get ANY cross progression pop up nor did it automatically do it. This account was made after cross progression was launched but even at that time I didn’t get any pop up either. Now that I have access to my PSN account again (where I originally started Apex on) I want to get ALL of my stuff back I gathered since the games launch 6 years ago. PLEASE HELP
