I got the Cross-Progression prompt on my PS5 account which is my "Master account", I go to sign in on xbox and everything merged fine, but I cannot get into ranked games. I can que up, but it never puts me into a server or game. Have restarted xbox and apex. Can get in any other game mode fine. I even went back over to PS5 and got put straight into a ranked game, It is only effecting my xbox account after cross progression.
Following up also, I can play ranked on PS5 and PC but not on xbox for some reason. Just checked the PC account

Note* I can play ranked on PC or PS5, but not Xbox, I will add that prior to cross-progression I hadn't played on xbox, therefore my xbox account was level 6 and unable to play ranked. I feel surely that this was overlooked in the design of cross-progression which is now not allowing me to play ranked on Xbox although it shows account level as 115+. Prior to level 50 ranked is greyed out and you can't even click it, I can join ranked and que up and I get put into a que and the que fills up, but it never puts me into the game, I stay in the que indefinitely and it just restarts once a game starts. What can I do about this issue as it is preventing me from playing the game?
