Which platforms do you play on?

Did you recently link or unlink any accounts to get ready for cross progression?

What platform(s) had your content previously that you're not seeing now?

I play on xbox and pc and just linked them yesterday after I bought the Guilded radiance Conduit skin on my xbox afterwards they took it from me along with 300 Heirloom shards I never used and I have to use more crafting tokens to buy it again unless the issue is fixed I have no clue how I’m going to get my shards back though which were originally on my pc they never transferred over to my Xbox
