i got a bug where i can't enter any placement matches after cross progression. my main account was ps5, but i switched to pc and can't do my placement matches or ranked at all on pc. i can still do it on ps5 but the ranked progress isn't transferring to pc at all. i have linked my steam account to my ea account recently for cross progression. nothing i've tried fixes it.

Are you both still having issues with certain UI elements being greyed out / inaccessible in the lobby, or has that now cleared up?
To confirm, are you using a VPN at all? If yes and you load the game without the VPN, does that change anything?

@EA_Mako I still can’t access any tabs. So I have no idea if the cross progression even deleted all of my stuff or not.

I have exactly the same error as @KillAlyssa I can't enter normal matches to play, neither join my friend's lobbies, and my username is invisible when I am in lobby and For some reason the games thinks I am a new player and gives me orientational matches, but I can't still join those games and this error happened only after I had cross progression in my account.
And I am not using VPN
but I think this error triggered when I open my account after the cross progression happened everything was fine, but I go and check on my switch (which was where my main account was) To check how many apex coins I had and everything was fine I close the game and open apex on pc and the error happened.

Yes I still have issues. Have to buy a VPN subscriptions to play. I went to test my smurf account on normal wifi with no vpn and it worked perfectly. Have no clue why my main account can’t do the same. (I was the person who had the issue with the bugged UI after receiving the cross progression prompt to clear up confusion)
So now I have to use a VPN forever it seems like because i have done everything i could. I reinstalled the game, changed wifi, used hotspot (which actually allowed my game to work but this cannot be a permanent solution as my data isn’t strong enough) , converted to static IP, i’ve tried playing on origin instead of steam and they both still don’t work. I’ve also tried to verify integrity of game files.
I know it isn’t my internet issue because I am allowed to play with my smurf. So what now?
Thank you for replying as I know this also is a stressful time for the apex EA community too.
