i got a bug where i can't enter any placement matches after cross progression. my main account was ps5, but i switched to pc and can't do my placement matches or ranked at all on pc. i can still do it on ps5 but the ranked progress isn't transferring to pc at all. i have linked my steam account to my ea account recently for cross progression. nothing i've tried fixes it.

The problem is that the platforms we were wanting to switch too after cross progression weren’t level 50. The team overlooked this when releasing cross-progression leaving all of us swapping platforms screwed. I have contacted support twice, made numerous posts here and on Twitter about the issue with no response from anyone that will validate that they are seeing what we are saying.
the issue is that apex is thinking our accounts are <50 therefore not queuing us up into ranked games. It lets us ready up and puts us in the que, but we never leave the lobby and sit indefinitely in the que.
would love for @EA_Mako to acknowledge this post instead of skipping over it like he has done repeatedly for days as this should be a simple fix.

@EA_Mako No vpn, have cleared cache, and uninstalled and reinstalled apex, still getting Code:Tap repeatedly.Even went and bought a new modem/router, tried wired and wifi, no fix

The ranked issue should now be resolved, so you should be able to correctly access ranked with any platform.
Let us know if that's not the case!
I believe this is still with the team to fix up, if I get an update I'll let you know.

just got the cross progression pop up and only my nintendo account was merged with my main xbox account.
I started an account in S0 on PSN with a LOT of skins and heirlooms. I recently had to unlink that account from an old EA account and relink to my current one about a month ago.
I'm wondering if it's still possible for me to merge my accounts or at least access that PSN account on my Xbox. Thank you for your continued help and patience.
