That portion was addressed specifically to those running into the particular lobby issue, so not related to Code:Tap or ranked queue situations.
Thanks for confirming there was no change.

@EA_Mako Anything I can do? I want to be able to play the game but I don’t have some of my character unlocks, can’t upgrade the battle pass and I can’t unlock the new character. I can’t even open any of my apex packs. Just a big drag.

I'm getting Code:Tap on PS5 and Xbox Series S, haven't tried PC yet but I would assume its probably affecting PC also as this only started happening after cross progression for me.

@EA_Mako so I just logged in and all of the stuff works now but I’m back to my secondary account. So it looks like the cross progression did not work properly.
