2 years agoI would definitely try reaching out to support directly to see if they have other options to assist with that re-link.
If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.

The first screenshot is my problem on PC.
The second screenshot is my problem on PS5 (464 level on PS5 account is wrong!! it was 620~ level on it) .
I confirmed cross progress 2nd November and still cant play(i didnt link/unlink anything).
