Assuming your Xbox account was the highest level there, it would be used as the primary account for your stats/badges, correct. 

Keep in mind that if that other EA account has not yet received Cross Progression, you'll still need to wait for that to be enabled but should be fine otherwise.

@EA_Mako the focus of the matter is that on Trello it was written on Friday that the problem will be solved "in a future patch" so it was today and problem still there thats why i decided to clarify this, but thanks for clarifications
